Reliability & SRE
SLOs, error budgets, on-call health, alert quality, incident process and deployment safety.
Engineering Intelligence
NexaDeepTech runs fixed-scope reliability, cloud cost and AI-operations reviews for engineering teams who need a senior, independent second opinion — without hiring a full platform team.
Why this exists
An outage during launch week, a cloud bill nobody can explain, an AI feature shipped without guardrails. NexaDeepTech exists to find these before your customers or your board do.
SLOs, error budgets, on-call health, alert quality, incident process and deployment safety.
Idle resources, oversized instances, orphaned storage and commitment coverage across AWS, Azure and GCP.
Guardrails, observability, cost controls and rollback paths for AI and agent workloads heading to production.
A plain-English report your engineers can action and your board can actually read.
Reviews
Every engagement has a defined scope, a fixed price and a clear deliverable — a report and a 90-day action plan, not a retainer you can't measure.

An independent, senior-engineer review before a launch, migration or major release — covering reliability, deployment safety, monitoring and incident readiness.
For: teams launching, migrating or scaling before they've hired a dedicated SRE.
From £2,500 · fixed scope, 2 weeks
Cost
A structured audit of avoidable cloud spend, with a plan your finance and engineering teams can both act on.
For: teams whose cloud bill has grown faster than anyone can explain.
From £1,500
AI Operations
Governance, observability, cost control and rollback checks for AI features and agents before they reach customers.
For: teams shipping their first AI agent or LLM-powered feature.
From £2,000
Ongoing
A monthly retainer for teams that want an experienced SRE on call for architecture reviews, incident support and quarterly re-audits.
For: teams that want ongoing access without a full-time hire.
From £750/month
Engagement model
Every review follows the same sequence, so you always know what's next and when you'll have an answer.
A short call to understand your platform, stack and what's actually at risk.
Hands-on review of architecture, delivery, reliability, cost and AI controls.
Findings prioritised into a 90-day roadmap your team can execute alone.
A repeatable scorecard so the next review measures real progress.
Who's behind this
Every review is carried out personally by NexaDeepTech's founder, a Senior Platform & Site Reliability Engineer with two decades of hands-on production experience across AWS, Azure and GCP for regulated and high-growth organisations. You're not handed off to a junior consultant — you get the same person who has carried the pager.

Questions
Yes. A mutual NDA is available and normal practice before any architecture detail, credentials or access are discussed.
Read-only access is enough for almost every review — cloud console, observability dashboards and relevant documentation. No production write access is required.
Most reviews run one to two weeks from kick-off to final report, depending on the number of services and clouds in scope.
AWS, Azure and GCP, plus common tooling including Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog and PagerDuty-style alerting.
You get a prioritised, 90-day action plan your own team can implement. If you'd like ongoing support, the Reliability Partner retainer picks up from there — there's no obligation to continue.
Company
Nexa DeepTech Ltd is a UK-registered engineering practice. No software to sell, no partner kickbacks — the recommendations in your report are the ones we'd act on ourselves.
